Why choose recycled apparel

In the US alone, about 17 million tons of textile waste are generated every year—roughly 110 pounds per person. Only about 15% gets recycled or donated, while 85% ends up in landfills or incinerated. Using discarded textiles to make new clothes keeps waste out of the landfill, reduces carbon emissions, and saves water and energy.

How it’s made

Recycled cotton is spun with plastic fiber from recycled bottles to make yarn

The yarn is knitted into fabric

The fabric is cut into pieces

The pieces are sewn into new apparel

Every product is made through their HyperLocal™ 360° system—recycling, manufacturing, and customization all happen within a few-mile radius. This closed-loop approach means less transportation, less waste, and full visibility into how your clothes are made.
