We are excited to be able to offer eco-friendly, sustainable items made by small businesses committed to a better planet. It’s our goal to help people live sustainable lives while using products they love. Our commitment to you is to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase and work with you to resolve any concerns, whether before ordering or after.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders cancelled within this timeframe will receive a full refund. After 24 hours we will do our best to cancel the order before shipping but cancellation may not be guaranteed.
Returns and Refunds
30-Day Return Window
Items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
In new, unused condition
Unworn and unwashed
In original packaging (when applicable)
Free from any signs of use, alterations, or damage
To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@ridwell.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the next steps to complete your return depending on your original delivery method.
Return Shipping
Please contact us at shop@ridwell.com before shipping your item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within [5-7 business days]. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout or can be applied as a credit on your Ridwell account.
Product Quality and Defects
All of our products are handmade and made to order, which means each item is unique. Slight variations in colors, patterns, and finishes are natural characteristics of handcrafted goods and are not considered defects.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at shop@ridwell.com with:

A description of the issue
We will work with you to provide a replacement whenever possible. Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, exact replication of colors and patterns may not be feasible, but we will do our best to create a comparable replacement. In the event that we are unable to send a replacement of the same item, we will provide options for an alternative or refund.
Shipping Errors
Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@ridwell.com. We will arrange for return shipping of the incorrect item at no cost to you and get the correct item to you as quickly as possible.
Please notify us of shipping errors within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
“Delivered” but Not Received
If your item(s) cannot be located:
For shipped items:
Double check the address on your order
Check around your porch if possible - sometimes carriers “hide” packages to keep them safe from porch pirates. Look behind planters, door mats, etc.
If a photo is provided with the carrier, double check to see if the delivery location is correct
For items delivered during a pickup:
Double check your bin and bags - most deliveries will be left in the bin, but smaller items like stickers may be in between bags and could be overlooked!
Check around the bin - drivers may leave deliveries in an area other than the bin if they don’t feel the item(s) will be safe in the bin (usually due to weather)
If the above steps don’t turn up your item(s) please reach out to us at shop@ridwell.com and let us know you’ve checked the above (this will speed up the process so we don’t ask you to do the same steps again!) and we’ll make sure we get you taken care of.
