The evolution of Green Friday Goods

In November 2023, we launched our first collection of goods made with stuff the Ridwell community saved from the landfill—and you loved it. The response was so enthusiastic that we knew we had to bring it back. So, we did another limited collection last year.

Now, The Ridwell Shop is opening year-round!

The kickoff collection launches October 21—sign up for early access on October 19 to get in on the first small batch.

  • While the store will always be open, we’re stocking small batches to avoid waste, so popular items will sell out quickly and restocks will not be immediate.

  • Want to be sure you get your favorites in time for the holidays? Sign up for early access via SMS!

  • If you have a Ridwell bin, your order will be delivered on your pickup day. Otherwise, your order will be shipped via USPS.

  • An evolution of our limited-time Green Friday Goods collections from 2023 and 2024, The Ridwell Shop is a place to find small-batch circular goods that close the recycling loop and celebrate sending less to landfills. 

    Each product tells a story of transformation, being either crafted from materials you helped rescue from the waste stream or made by brands that share your sustainability values. Every purchase is a vote for the future we're building together.

  • How to measure

    Chest: Place the tape measure under your arms at the fullest part of your chest, wrap around your body until your fingers meet and mark the measurement.

    Waist: Measure around your natural waistline. Be careful not to squeeze too tight to allow give.

    Length: Measure from top of shoulder to waist.

  • The launch collection is dropping on Tuesday, October 21 with early access via SMS on Sunday, October 19—if you want something for the holidays, be sure to sign up for early access.

  • Goods in The Ridwell Shop aren’t mass produced. They’re made in sustainable small batches given the nature of using post-consumer materials.

  • If items sell out, you’ll be able to pre-order from our next run, but only items ordered during the initial release will reach you before the holidays. 

  • If you have a Ridwell bin, your order will be delivered on your pickup day (except magnets, which will be mailed). Otherwise, your order will be shipped via USPS.
