How to participate in our outerwear pickup

What is accepted in this pickup?
We can take outdoor wear in any size, shape or color. It's fine if the items have patches, repairs, stains, tears or broken zippers. Please make sure everything is clean and dry before donation. You can see more details here.
How can I participate?
Go to your dashboard and add the free outdoor performance wear add on to your pickup. Put your items into a sealed bag labelled “ReFleece” and set it next to your bin.
What will happen to my outerwear?
Your outerwear will be made into one-of-a-kind Ridwell-branded tote bags by our Massachusetts-based partner, ReFleece. You can read more about our partnership here.
What isn’t included in this pickup?
Fleece, wool, cotton and down outwear is not accepted for this pickup. You can see more details here.
Can I buy the tote bags?
Watch your email for an announcement in the fall when tote bags will be available for sale to members!
