Each pot is made from multi-layer plastic (approximately 100 chip bags), is 5x more durable than traditional pots, and is designed without holes to prevent messy spills.

Pots are 5" wide x 6" tall and each set comes with Arqlite Smart Gravel, which captures excess water and provides a source of moisture to your plants' roots.

Three-step process

Collection

Ridwell members provided over 30,000 lbs. of hard-to-recycle multi-layer plastic over two weeks in March.

Sorting

Items were screened, bagged, and baled by Ridwell employees before being shipped to US-based partners.

Production

Multi-layer plastic will then be turned into pellets before being injection-molded into a pot.
